New project: 2wd Sapphire Cosworth
Hello from finland
Go check some pictures of my new 2 wd Sapphire Cosworth project:

I am doing this project with my very good friend Sierra4*4tbo
Engine is rebuild 10 000 kilometers ago
- new bearings
- new piston rings
- balanced
- blue printed
- ARP-head studs
- ARP-conrod bolts
- ported head (flows 212hp)
- new followers
- 4 wd cams (maby caming BD10 cams)
- adjustable camshaft pulleys
- Cometic gaskets
- "RS500" cooler
- 3 " exhaust
- Pro Turbo dump-valve
- GreenFilter
Coming:
Garret GT37 (ordered), Haltech, bigger injectors (600 cm3), new dump-valve, new fuel pressure regulator.
Transmission:
Standard Gearbox (rebuild)
Alcon 6-padle clutch
Brakes
- X-drilled brake disks
- Red stuff pads
Suspension:
- Bilstein shocks
- Weitech springs
- Powerflex suspension bushes
- strut prace (front)
Interior:
- Recaro leather interior (painted with black leather paint)
- coming leather dushboard etc.
- coming Revotech oil temperature meter, oil pressure meter and boost meter
Wheels:
- 17" ATP 10 Razze wheels with 215/40/17 tyres. I think that I am going buy new ones. Maby 18".
The car is planned to be ready for next summer. Lot of work still to do.

I dont have anymore the blue one. I liked a lot of the blue cossie. The color was really nice att the sunshine.
This new project will be paint with Magenta.

looks like youve done really good job there! We use those chassis spinning sort of things you kno the ones to turn it up side dwn cnt fot the life of me think wat we call them but we find after a while the chassis start to bend in the middle do u get this aswell???

Today I ordered new turbo, Garrett GT37 with 360 bearing.
My mate have done lot of welding. Rear wheelarch etc.
I managed to find a electric sunroofs parts from Passionfords forum But the seller hasn't posted them yet for me. I bayed parts allready 3 weeks ago

I ordered new cauges few days ago. I ordered Revotechs cauges. Oiltemperature, oilpressure and turbopressure.
Today I ordered really nice lookind dumpvalve, fuelregulator and wastgate.

Now the car is finally painted. It taked two months to paint it. It looks very good now but the painting wasn't cheap
Cars electric are now installed back in to the car. Sunday we are going to install the front axler, engine and gearbox back to car.

Here is the list about the body works and modifications:
- sandblastet
- welded
- strenghtening welded
- delocked
- badboy 4 wd bonnet
- register plate lights removed
- lightwasher removed
- Renault Laguna splitter
- battery moved from engine room
- all waterplugs welded
- sidelists removed
- dark backlights with panel
- clear front indicators and dark sideindicators
- modified grill
