hello neil hows it going mate
the cars coming on nicely infact cosmetically its almost finished with the exception of st grill & bumper mesh headlight brows & rs wheel arch spats. My angeleye headlights arrived 2 days ago & the under bonnet bling should b here next week the melnei stickers r staying but the others r making way 4 a zetec inside sticker after all ive changed the induction 4 a quickshift oh yeah will b ripping those gsi skirts off & replacing them with mk2 st skirts the car now drives so much better with brand new undamaged wheels that havent been welded up by stevie wonder. Just the engine after that, unichip, zorst manilfold, ported head, big valves (decided against the cams) & does any know anybody know anyone that can bore out throttle bodies
also neil i could with popping round 2 c ya so u can show me how 2 switch the ecotek back on

ok peeps got my angel eyes fitted what a pain in the backside ive only got about 4" ground clearance had 2 scissor jack it up so far then trolley jack it on 2 axle stands then once underneath had 2 undo the bolts that hold the aircon rad in so i could move it over slightly 2 get 2 the 2 offside bolts in the middle of the bumper luckily the realy awkward bolt at the top had been left off (if that was u that fitted the bumper cheers neil ) after all that faff one of the rings doesnt work (typical) & i got them second hand i think they were probably damaged in the post
if any one know where i can those ring bulbs can u let me know & a price would be nice cheers
any way heres a few quick pics i took

maybe alloy weld disintegrates over 4-5 years the weld was well thin & only on one side unfortunately it cost me two tyres & £50 2 have the wheels re-welded 2 find that out after that i took em off they were well curbed & starting 2 flake anyway its a shame cos i quite liked the look of the old rims but shit happens
as 4 these bulbs they look halogen 2 me but i dont know 4 sure emailed the bloke i got em off just waiting 4 a reply but has anyone got any prices
