Looks clean mate. Need to remove the RS logos from the front and i think the spotlights should be the same height ! S1's rule.

Is a gooden this one...

was over dean`s yesterday fitting a old alternator i had... and gave it a good rag as ya need to,,,!!!

a nice honest s1... giving us a soft spot for another one now!!!!!

and deano will keep this one as mint as he`s old tree i!!!!

Very clean m8 but as above you need to sort the spot lights out as it looks to have 2 different braek its 1 s1 and maybe 1600i 1 ???

the brackets are fine. its the lights themselves thats different. 1 ford, 1 lucas i would imagine.

As above mate, sort the spots out and the stickers and it'll be spot on!

Mind me asking how you picked it up for, tis a really nice model!

If your gonna keep the stickers then get the towing eye cover sprayed the same colour as the car and just keep the sticker on that alone, otherwise it does look abit

XR3i looks nice too, I had one for ages exactly the same as that and loved it, really got me into Fords!

i loved that xr3i had it for 3 years and kept it standard. Had alot of great memeries!!
i wasn't sure weather i did the right thing and spent my cash on an older ford and the problems they have Or just buy a newer ford and don't get as much enjoyment out of it.
I'm glad i chose the right 1

Hi mate, you definately chose one of the best Fords to own, Series 1's are always gonna be better than an XR3i!

Love the sprayed/diamond cut wheels on a Series 1 aswell, looks ace!

they do stand out when i turn up at meet.
The Motor has also been in Performance ford a few times in the meet section
i also use it everyday for work
i keep thinkin to myself wot's the point of having a car if u not going to get any use out of it?

Lovin it! Always fancied an S1 myself but never come across a really mint one. What can you expect for the age of them though. Looks like you bagged yourslef a nice one!

s1's r sooooo hard to find nowadays because as u said the age and condition their in.
Once i get them few touches sorted thats the way shes ganna be kept
