it actually drives better than i ever thought it would on 18's. still lights them up easy enough. lots of work getting them to fit but well worth it in my opinion.

I thought to be honest that your car was a 2.0 if not a 2.1, not a 1.8 ZT? What power does it make using a 1.8 bottom end and was it cheaper for you to go the 1.8 route over 2.0ltr or more?

Reckon a nice half chrome cage would really finish your car off, the exterior is perfect!

only real reasons for going down the 1.8 16v route was that i could get a 1.8 engine for Ł40 and secondly i wasn't lookin for mega power. when its mapped i will be happy with 220 at fly.
i might well build a proper 2.1 zetec in the future.

a half cage has been discussed and she(the mrs) said no so that was that.
might happen in the future though.

7.5x18 with et 37. the hub faces and rear disc mounting faces have been skimmed 3mm to allow the wheels to sit in a bit. basically this changes the offset to et 40. all the arch's have been chopped off or rolled and even stretched a bit.
