sanded the cover down to get i tas smooth as possible, scrubbed like hell too get any oil and crap off, it was then sprayed with some weird black stuff then a sheet of carbon fibre stuff was put into this weird tank thingy then the cover is dipped into the bath directly over the sheet of carbon and the sheet moulds perfectly into every nook and cranny it's then dried off and sprayed with lacuer too seal it and stop it from going mancky...

Thats tasty that is wouldnt mind getting some stuff done for my XR2 like that how much did that cost you to get that rocker cover done then mate
