sanded the cover down to get i tas smooth as possible, scrubbed like hell too get any oil and crap off, it was then sprayed with some weird black stuff then a sheet of carbon fibre stuff was put into this weird tank thingy then the cover is dipped into the bath directly over the sheet of carbon and the sheet moulds perfectly into every nook and cranny it's then dried off and sprayed with lacuer too seal it and stop it from going mancky...

Thats fookin quality m8,you gonna do any other bits ?
Not too sure at the moment am thinking everything else will look sweet chromed up, the standard header tank is leaving the engine bay next week.
