mate in melbourne has just mailed me the latest shots of his 3 door that he took back to aussie 3 years ago from england.
used to belong to a rsoc member from bristol.

Firstly, very clean looking Cossie. 
Look forward to possibly seeing it at the big Ford day held at Geelong next year! 
The run-around is a Ford XR8 ute and if its factory standard it had 348 hp!
heres the specs:
Engine: Boss 260 5.4 Litre V8.
4 Valves per Cylinder.
DOHC per head.
260kw. (348hp)
Transmission: 5 Speed Tremec Manual.
Exhaust: Stainless Steel Headers and Sports System. (Standard)
Optional Factory Body Kit
Wheels and Tyres: 17' x 8' Factory Option Mags.
Standard Features: ABS Brakes.
Cruise Control.
100 watt, 4 speaker CD player.
Climate Control.
BTW: Ford Performance Vehicles Australia is releasing the 'Pursuit' which will have 389 hp and 520 Nm of torque!
You can also get a model called the XR6, a 6 cylinder turbo. A modified example has already done 190 mph!
