Default The shed... Carried away with the arch roller.

My shed van I built over a few months.. 1.8 tdi with fmic air con, recaro interior, lowered all round and cossies. Not a straight panel on it and its more of a flat red than pink haha does the job fine though.



Will be rolling the arches soon try and cover those cossies a bit more

Looks cool, i like the cossies without the centers on this car. Makes it look mean.

I did consider selling the wheels but I cant do it.. won't be colour coding it unless its getting a respray. Wheels didn't come with caps and around £80 for some ill do without I should show you lot the other side as along with no caps one of the wheels is gold lol

Default Carried away with rolling my arches

Bought a arch roller then proceeded to get carried away rolling them with these results






How the rear arch is normally


I have 1.5" wider rears and around 1" on the front, some more finessing needed and a bit of panel beating but for my 1st attempt I'm pretty happy.

you now need to go lower with some wheel spacers will look real good

Its already 60mm the arch line has been raised so it looks higher than it is.. going from a 195 45 tyre to maybe a 215 45

I speak to him quite a bit he's moved on from cars finished then broke his escort built a matte black rs2000 van now runs a semi modded merc Vito and is now into bikes
