Life being cutthroat is a consequence of most people being selfish cunts or so selfcentered they fuck over anything thats in thier way just to get along in life.
Look at the behaviour of many modern parents and the lengths they will go to for "little johnny" in daily life with no regard for consideration for others.

Ive been saying for ages that Technology has ruined the world,
Its simple things like every child would be watching the same show at the same time and talk about excitedly the next day.
Now there is so much choice I doubt any kid watches the same programmes, let alone in real time and not on playback.
Computer games were more simple, You still needed to use imagination, Now we have certificate 18 and kids need protecting from games.
Technology is turning most kids into a recluse and is stopping them from learning vital
communication skills.
I hate the present times and wish I could go back to the '80s.
I can remember looking forward to going to the local travelling funfair,
Now the funfair doesn't even interest kids.
I could go on for ever................ I hate the modern day world.

That's ace. I was born in 1985. Didn't know everything but knew majority.
My memories from my youth was tree climbing, making rope swings, aerial runways and go karts out of old prams.

Too right Paul. Then when you do see people they are looking at their phone networking rather than socialising!
I use the net a lot, and mobile phone etc but that's it. I don't own anything apple other than what is in the fruit bowl!
Could take it all away for me, I would not be fussed at all! Life would be better!

Brilliant! feel sorry for kids these days and what they have to grow up in and around, its as if they have to grow up alot earlier and therefore loosing the innocents of childhood

I'm with you Lee, the "modern" hi-tech world is shit and I hate it as well.
You could live in a room now that's got a signal and you would never need to leave it, you could exist in the cyber world but not in the real world!!.

I was born in mid 80s but remember 75% of it all, kids tv is crap, kids nowadays spend far too much time using technology rather than playing outside with other people than sitting on their arses on fb/xbox/ps3 etc
