Brilliant little car, so so under rated, I kick the shit out of mine and it makes me grin, that's going from a 300bhp turbo escort to 140odd bhp rs2k aswell, just a sweet little thing and keeps going!

The escos alloys seem to fit the arches really well on that one they normally stick out and look silly on the mk6

cheers mate, i must admit that when i bought it, it had the morrets, skirts and cossie lower spoiler already fitted, and the seats etc and the 2.0l engine.

i changed the brakes to 4x4 cos, wheels and rebuilt the engine with gsxr 750cc throttle bodies.

it also ran a secs s8 ecu but was only on the road a few weeks with the tb's as it broke 2 gear boxes in as many weeks!

so i got fucked off and broke it lol

Here is a pic of the best one I had

I like this! Very nice, different too.

My second car, first mk6 when i first got it. 1.6 Zetec finesse, three-door, no sunroof in Moondust

Then with the mouldings removed, laGOONa splitter, colour coding to the black plastics, a remedied ride height clear side repeaters, half tint rear lights and some TSW Evo's

Then as it finished up with and RS2000 bumper, and Mondeo ST24 turbines

My input...

What about just leave it std apart from a set of comps and some coilovers??

The. If you want it nippy, drop an rs2k engine in in the future

tbh there are very few untouched examples around as nearly all have been modded or tweaked so demand for totally standard ones will go up as will their values and all those with modded examples will dip big time, its the way all models of fords go through the years

My wife's gti is factory standard apart from a full ss exhaust and that's only on there for longevity

She has a white 3 dr
A/c
No sunroof

Looking at what's about u could call it mint

Only down side it now needs a battery tray

unusual for battery trays to go on a mk6 but at least its not major, white 3 doors always sell well
