Default Silverstone classics 2012(loads of pics)

It was a good weekend but the camping area was bloody bogging,it was nice to see the RS500 touring cars there this year.It was nice to see the RS 500 road cars there too.I think the rsoc should get a big club stand there or even get PassionFord to do a stand cause it is a good weekend.

Heres the pics.

The camp site

I noticed on the engine that the manifolds were on different sides.

I noticed that cause the engine is that low the drive shaft runs through the V of the engine.

Broken Vauxhall

Balloons

Adam ant?? was playing on the saturday nite, there was a tidy sort on the stage.Sorry pic is crap.

RS500s

Cheap RS500 lol.

Great pics. The 90's touring cars look the bollocks. Huge wheels tucked up in the arches, and brakes that look the size of dustbin lids. Sierra's are better still naturally. The row of F40's look amazing.

Can't believe this car was there! It was on the front cover of Custom Car years ago and seemingly disappeared ever since. First pics I've seen of it on the internert. Such a cool car!

Rest of the pics are ace by the way, might have to go next year.

Its defo a good show to go to.

I love cars like that Camero.I used to buy street machine and custom car mags years ago.

I woukd defo recommend this show.I just think the RSOC should have a big stand there.

Vauxhall ran reverse head Swindon lumps to achieve a better exhaust design and reduce temps in the bay, helped with a flat floor design as well.

Good pics Glenn, looks like a good day out.

This pic reminds me of when an f40 was stolen from the classic car show one year at the N.E.C. It was driven every night round a council estate near me .Police couldn,t catch it.
It,s on youtube somewhere.Look up F40 MACKADOWN.
