Well I decided after recently selling my R8 and ending up just left with a 4x4 i needed something for a bit fun and hopefully some track days.
I know its not a ford but a few guys on here have them.
and the new tow car

I know Paul 6 hours it lasted but its just a gearbox mount so new parts should be here tomorrow and only Ł30.
Just shows the forces the extra grip and rigidity can generate cause as my old 182 use to get thrashed up the same roads all the time. If nothing else its a good excuse to move the battery to the boot while its out

Would love to come down to Combe or one of the other tracks at some point Lee .
I've never done any track days before just karting so will do a couple closer to home to get use to the car and see how reliable it's going to be.
Do you run uprated engine and box mounts on yours Lee, seem to be a fairly common failure with track use.

Well had the cars just over a week and made a couple of changes to both. The clio now has the battery in the boot, new gearbox mount and have a polly bush kit to fit to the lower engine mount.
The jeep has had the window tints redone, new wheels and has been detailed.
