Not been on here much lately but even though i dont own an rs now am still a huge fan. Heres my new car which ive only had a couple of weeks. Its a c320 cdi and am really pleased with it, goes very well for a diesel and returns around 42mpg and in this current climate is good with the price of fuel.

I really like these, never liked mercs in general but these just look really good and not as common as the Audi's and BM's.

I had a drive of a mates C220 CDI sport, ok its an auto but it dont half shift for a 2.0 derv(i think there 2.0 anyway)
Gearbox seems really smooth, although ive never owned an auto but i did like it alot, it drives lovely

Cheerds Rab, its the 3.0 v6 lump coupled to a 7 g box with flappy paddles.It is the same lump they use in the E class, cls, s class and has plenty of grunt. Iirc 0-60 is around 6.5 secs which isnt bad for a diesel. They respond well to a remap This increases the BHP from 224 to around 265 and more importantly, the torque from 376 to 460 LB/FT.

I did test drive a c220 cdi and for a 2.0 was impressed, but after hearing nothing but good things about c320 lump i opted for that.

Ended up changing the rims today as the offset was wrong with the others and they stuck out of the rear arch to much, totally different look with the new wheels but am happy with them.

looks very clean this mate, like the new wheels too, ive worked for mercedes 8 years and i love the 204 c class, the v6 diesels are a fantastic engine

Get the rear arches rolled or the offset slightly machined, those dark rims looked fantastic, think new ones are too goody goody.
