It used to live up there in the land of magpies and maccams. I think it had a few owners up there. One of which spent a fortune on it, which is evident looking through the receipts.

Nice spot on the Marcos. This is the rarer mini jem. Loads rarer and more sought after. The car is mine and my dads. We have 2. This one is now complete and ready for MOT.

I have been looking at some of these.
17" with gold centres from Image alloy wheels. Not cheap but very nice and speaking to IMAGE it appears that I can keep the front brake set up.
What do you all think??

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Hello Dicko, that focus seems like a real weapon. Would like to put the M5 up against it for a laugh. You will win i know. I have decided to order the image alloys. Out of interest what colour centre would you lot go for? I think gold. Please let me know.
Also out of interest what sort of price should I be looking for for the Comps that are on the car? I have full set of 5. In decent condition, some slight chips, spare is the worst.

Literally 1 min away lol. Just in case Roger needs to come and have a look/sob/sniff.
Put it this way my missus heard me start it at Rogers house the day I got it. She was hoping it wasn't me in "that noisy thing" in her words. Some women are mongs.

Aside from the fact that a 3dr always looks stunning leave it as it is.
Only more power is the name of the game if you ask me and the only one I would change on this nice exemplar.

You would soon bring the M5 back after the 10th trip to the petrol station (in the same week). 9MPG gets a bit tiring after a while. Mind you had it up 25mpg on a run, i was so chuffed I was trying to take photos of the on board computer to cheer my self up. LOL

I am working on keeping it. I do want the escos I have seen and I think it may be possible to have both. Lots of sucking up to be done. Nice dinners, holidays, haircuts at expensive salons. But i hope it will be worth it.
