Not wanting to sound negative, but has it had a front end bang? The headlights and grill look out of line.
Still, least the bumper isnt sagging!!
Looks clean everywhere else though. I would love another cossie

Not being picky but it's not standard! It has an uprated breather and a dump valve for start, I should imagine that is stage 1?
Also what is the fuse for that is connected to the negative side of the battery?
As you are a new owner, you need to make sure the cooling fans have been rewired and also make sure the fuel pump is not short of power.
Looks nice though!

It depends on whether you have a YBJ or YBG engine, the former was on early 4x4 examples and had the same red cam cover as 2WD models, YBG had green cam cover, 2 cats and closed loop, yours I suspect is a YBG and thus the correct colour.

i have no idea what the fuse is for mate havent got that far round it yet
i should be getting it set up soon so will get the pump check
as for the fans they are working fine at the minute.
also found out most of the front has been polybushed and the engine gearbox etc look as newso its had some work done to it fairly recently

I would defo look into that fuse, the circuit wants protecting on the live side (As close to the battery as possible) the earth does not need protecting!
You are lucky in that the fans actually work but they still need rewiring, usually due to the amount of time the fans stay on for, due to the poor switch, it melts the fuse which in turn damages the fuse box!
The standard setup was no good when new, leave alone now, if you do a search on here there are plenty of diagrams etc for rewiring.

Had to get a new tank as mine had afew tiny holes in it replacement take was very kindly donated by jasonrs
bought a standard airbox,k&n panel filter, new spark plugs, rocker cover gasket and vibra technic engine mounts
tank off
old tank
after fitting gasket, plugs and standard airbox/panel filter
then today fitted the engine mounts
drives a million times better now with the new mounts, plans now are to fit the -25mm springs i have and uprate gearbox and rear diff mount etc and hopefully get it setup soon .
