Popped up to Santa Pod to see my mate qualify at the European Finals which is this weekend, they've resurfaced the 60ft so cars were struggling for traction but he still got it off the line well, infact so well he had to lift to keep it as close to the 8.00 he dialed it in for !

Ran a 7.9 yesterday but it did the head gaskets which they replaced and it did the same again so game over for the weekend sadly.

Might have something to do with the 38psi its running

Not road legal in it's current setup, it runs on methanol.

Power wise made something around 1050lb ft @wheels a while ago. No idea how accurate the rollers were but they were dd ones atleast lol

I think the engine spec is something like this.

540ci concreted block, alloy rods, JE pistons, dart heads, 1471 blower which is quite large lol

Next time it's out I'll try to get the camera inside it

Awesome stuff JB, my mate stewart with the v8 the other day wants to go to this next year at the pod he normally goes every year as he knows some of the blokes that drag iirc. Told me i could go with him and be in picture heaven with my camera!
