Talking Had a go at refurbing some wheels for the mk2 project

We got some wheels for the mk2 we are doing in a bit of a state, came off a 205 dimma really wide -38 offset.
before

After a good do with a polishing kit and a coat of paint

Dont think theyve come up too bad for a first attempt, the finished one is one of the front wheels smaller offset than the rears.

what polishing kit did you use?

i'm doing some rs 4 spokes at the moment, but can't get anywhere near the shine like that.

i worked my way from 400 grit up to 2000 by hand and then autosol but it still looks pants compared to your effort.

My mate got it off ebay a 3 stage kit using different heads and conpounds in your drill. Think it was £27
