I don't think it is a wrap. There is a technique of painting a car with a special white paint and then with some special lacquer applied it reacts with the paint and creates the chrome effect. Some bloke in Italy developed it I think.

Thats right mate,
I have had to do some work in the Mandarin hotel the last couple of days
just down from there. and that was the only place i could find to park..

Car was still there today, parked outside the Berkeley hotel.
