i use the jeff werkstat acriylic jett mate,with some inbetween coats of zaino z8..and for quick deatil wipedowns i use the jeffs gloss or fk 425.

thank you mate.its a great bit of kit..u wont be dissapointed.

if u dont want to buy the whole kit just get the trigger,u can use poorboys glazes as a base for it or anything acrylic based.

cheers fella.its all in the prep mate,i machined polished mine over a year ago,and then sealed it using the jeffs system,i wont use anything else now..using it daily means i pick up light marks here and there thru washing,but a quick once overwith the jeffs prime or poorboys soon get that sorted.

also its only available at polished bliss.

 

im always amazed that you use that car as a everyday car its so clean my own one comes out rarely and its nowhere near as clean as yours mate ,its a credit to you ,

i do my best mate it gets used but it gets pamperd too..have one or 2 niggly issues i want to get sorted left by the foooooooking theiving coooonts that tried breaking in to it.

 

Cant believe its a daily driver mo,top job on a lovely saph m8.

i think you lying. no way that is used daily.

mines lucky if it does 1k a year, and its not that clean.

how should i do mine?

1.wash and dry.
2. clay
3. polish ? (super resin polish?)
4. wax (zymol?)

does that sound about right?

 

Hello mate,yes the wash procedure sounds spot on,SRP is a good all in one,slightly abrassive and has fillers so will get rid of a few wash marks if used bu hand,if you have a da the results would be better.

for a bit more wetness u could add a coat of glaze,poorboys blackhole/white diamond.once you have sealed your paintwork with wax or sealent you cn top up the glaze(not having to go thru the whole procedure again)it will fill light swirls and wash marring.

on mine i use the wekstatt kit,been using it well over a year now and dont use owt else(peace of piss 2use) being a spray sealent you can top up after every wash.

i machined polished mine a while back now using menzerna polishes,applyd the werkstatt prime and sealed with the jett..now every wash thats all i do,few layers of jett,wipedown with gloss job done.

on moonstone i personally think sealents work better the only wax i rated was the p21s
