My Mk3 Cabby
Here are a few pics of my new cabby, bought it about 5 weeks ago. Its been stripped, painted and put back together.

as above looks sweet and much better with the original rear clusters mate
have to agree about the plate tho put a standard one on or the fuzz ol get yer lol

I put the cabby in for its MOT yesterday 5 weeks early to see what work was needed, and it passed with no advisories:dance::dance:
Very pleased, and also had the decals fitted today, Mark your a ledgend!!!

little update, the plates have been changed for proper ones, but i cocked up the rear one so no pics yet.
but the next thing to be added are these.....

manifold, tapped for the servo
twinn throttle cable
cant wait to get them fitted

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
Looks lovely, always liked Mk3 cabriolets..
surprised it went through an MOT with those plates on though as they are clearly non-standard text..

A little update, some new wheels
it drives so much better now, and i think it looks much better, they really suit the car but im open to opinions...

got to agree the cossie rims looked good but those rims look 100 x better!! suite the tones of car and brings it all together if that makes sense.
You got shot of them plates yet lol!!
I was amazed at how nice smaller rims made the drive feel on my old S1, had 17's when I got it and thought it drove ok but a bit crashy and tramlined. Stuck some standard rims on and it felt like driving a new car, much nicer handling as well.
