Default Missing my 1st car..so a few pics..

anyone else regret selling a previous car?whish i could have kept it but had no where to put it once i got the cossie..completly diffrent league to the sapph but wouldnt mind taking it for a blast again,used to handle like it were on rails

i have always regretted selling my diamond white series 2 escort turbo, bought it when i was 19 and loved it, but sold it cus someone kicked the **** out of it, i am now 27 and have decided to save for a new one and cant wait

Not just a green renault 19.a green renault 19 16v.lol..was my first car at 17 just loved the thing!

it was a labour of love just getting it all minty and back to standard.

it was btween the reno and the astra gsi,glad i got the reno,wernt too bad for a 1.8...good times.lol

nice cars them 19s,i used to have a blue charmade was quite quick and handled very well on konis but the damn thing was always over heating

not really glenn,wear and tear really but it used to eat ball joints religiously.

main issues i had in 5 years ownership was engine mount and head gasket..oh and renaults stupidly high prices for parts!!!

My first car was a silver Mk3 Escort 1.1 L 5 door,i had that for 1988 to 1995 i remember buying a genuine RS1600i front spoiler from Fords at the cost of £43.
2nd car was a 1990 (H) Orion 16i ghia with full rs kit.
Heres a pic just before i sold it.

Sold that in 1998 for a phase 2 Clio 16valve,that was one of my fav cars,sold the Clio for this
Peugeot 206 gti owned it for about 7 years





sold that in 2008 for my current car,subaru impreza wrx

haha very true,this one seemed ok the skirts were off when i had it painted up,another reson why i didnt want to keep it and leave it outside.

i nearly bought one when i was 18, a white one dacked to the floor, looked ace, but i couldn't arrange the funds in time, and ended up with my 106 xsi, glad i did though

just ended up throwing money at it mate,had it painted,got all new trimmings for it and all the rest..i proper had a hankering for one when i were at school.

would buy another just for shits and giggles but theres no tidy ones left,all rotted or been chaved.

Mate my first car was a van lol. a mk5 escort van that had halfords ram raid all over it! lol. but at 17 i was kick ass giving my mates a lift to macdonalds at lunchtime in college

your first car is like popping your cherry, not a big deal to anyone else but huge to you!

19 16v are awsome motors, had 4, go well, sound great with just a airfilter and handle very well


should never have sold this, so much bang for no money,





would love to build another only better spec'd but cant decide wether to or not as it no longer original as i done one
