It is clean for its ages , was scrapped earlier today.

 

no way why was it scrapped would of made a nice escos rep looked very clean

 

Its being scrapped due to the smell of oil that appears when driving , its running a carb.
and also needing the money to fund for my other car it has to go , i did advertise it in local papers and 2 ford sites , for 275 no one was interested so dropped to 225 no one wanted it so it is being scrapped , the old man said he might take 150 - 175 because it still has 8 months MOT and 2 months tax , so it is ashame really.

 

what the hell happened to the wheel trims?
looks like it could do with a good machine polish..

 

Its how we bought it :P it has all seats covers too lol.
i think the trims where sparyed when the bottom of the car was , looks like it has been touched up.

 

i would of had it and used my s2 to build a rs engined escos rep but im miles away

She's a beauty , I had a J plate 3door 1.3 carb as my first daily the thing ran on fumes, its was soo good on fuel and great for dumping places not worried if it got scratched etc.
The good old days let hope someone will give it a home

 

Its a 1.6 XR2i engine , 1.4 on log book and was a 1.4 orginal , until the crank dropped out. lol Ł150 - Ł175 i suppose could take it , i mean come on its got MOT lol

Waited in most of the day for the scrap car collecter to come and he didnt come so i think it will be going on the wheigh bridge.

 

if youre guna scrap it mate take it to emr in darlaston they usually pay Ł105 a car

 

think where going to take it to a place in green lane? pay good money we heard.

 

not sure bout them is the one just past the petrol station on the left as you head towards the copshop.

 

yea thats the one, i was going to keep it but as i got a 306 diesel its better for the miles.

 

it used to be owned by a women,but emr are recyclers so it should be gauranted there just off the black country route. shame to scrap it tho.

 

it is ashame because its still got tax and mot , advertised it for Ł200 , was offered Ł50 scrap told them balls , i would rather it go to a ford person who wanted it as a track slag.

 

no wot you mean the estate in my tag has been stripped for a year and sat in my garage be cause its to good to scrap, i used to drive all round cannock and at longford on a sunday nite

Take the engine out and put a 2ltr zetec in.
