heres evo 1 of my estate, full turbo conversion, group a pump, front mount intercooler, alloy rad, samco's, rs2k rims, lowered 40mm on gmax springs, 4 paddle clutch now fitted, 20psi and fookin ell, she goes well, was surprised to say the least.

evo2 involves cossie brakes, new headgasket, ford flaps going back on, cossie front recaro's with ghia trim, cossie steering wheel, new kent cam, maybe a bigger turbo but not sure on that yet. got to do head gasket alot sooner than planned now, then just going to enjoy it and get her set up prop to make sure fueling is right.

quick vid of her running,

My old 2.1 ZVH Fiesta Ghia.

Even the exhaust was a 3" bore into a hollowed out standard back box.

Remembered the day I picked it up. Going down a duel carrige way at 60, changed gear and 2 lads went past me in a Honda S2000 with the roof down and heard the chatter, laughed and put their foot down. I put it back into 4th and put my foot down and hung onto their back bumper untill they moved over. Fucking priceless

Cheers mate. TBH I'll probably rebuild it for a winter car with a standardish FRST lump. I'm the 3RD owner from new, 42k genuine miles, not a spot of rust and only ever welded once on the back of the N/S sill. Probably why I've never made much effort to sell it.

I was only thinking about your RS1600i last week. What happened to it? Was it broken?

i sold it whole, then bought it back. I then removed engine to fit into my s1. I sold the shell rolling to a friend. Its still in my garage. I then sold the series 1 to another mate and thats now built up and very nice it is. Rs turbo build number 3 currently under way. So ended up selling all bits. But, got some left which are helping with the build of the new rs turbo

does it not, it does to me lol, i sold the 16i rolling shell. And i intended to use all engine management etc. But sold the
car i was due to fit it to before
Fitting it all. Which left me with it all but no car to fit it to
So i sold it all. The 16i shell is still in my garage despite a friend now owning it. Its in tie
Process of being built back up

Some of these aren't really sleepers but loving the vans and estates!

Always thought an old astramax would make a great sleeper.
