1.8 ZVH in, waiting for fel-pro head gasket to turn up (which is why the cam belt is loose)

should of used as std h/g bud, always heard bad things about felpro!keep us updated if it lasts, looking good tho!

 

Yeah I've heard mixed things about the fel-pro. My mates using one on his 1900 Turbo CVH RS 1600i and it lasted a few track days, trip to germany and back, and then blew in a very strange place right in the middle between 3&4.

Well it's fitted now, and it is running, so will just have to see how well it lasts.

Just need to change the exhaust gasket which should be here soon. Really can't wait to run this baby in then rip out that MFI and fit my Omex 600

Alright Pez, didn't know you was on here either! still got your old S2 alloys, air box, and distrubutor on the car, working perfectly!
