Rebored block to fit pistons (85mm)
Forged Acrilite Racing Pistons
Klinger Head Gasket
Polished Crank
Ported and Polished head
Fully ballanced and lightened Piston Rods
Garrett GT28-R Turbo.
Custom Front Mount Intercooler in the bumper
Stainless steel pipework to intercooler
Silicone hoses to intercooler
Magnecor 8.5mm racing leads
NGK cold spark plugs
Bailey dump valve
Greddy Profec B boost control unit.
Battery to boot conversion
Ram air air filter and custom silicone hose
FSE Rising rate fuel pressure regulator set at 3.2bar
Magnex Full Stainless steel exhaust
Stainless steel decat
Custom centre section (removed silencer)
Option Racing rear silencer (but its not very silent!)
Blue engine detailing
Boost is variable
-6psi when greddy is turned off
-10psi when greddy in on and on low boost
-14.5psi when greddy is on and on high boost

cant say im a fan of rovers, but yours does look very nice mate, my bro has a non turbo version of this and yours looks very mint bet you scare a few rsturbo's too with that hp

hi mate, i think its pretty nice , i like the rover turbos, and seeing as @ TOTB2 they dominated the RST's i dont see why people cant not like them
my mate mark is having a conversion done with an engine from the same as yours into one of these, he went out in this car a few days back and WANTED the conversion done ASAP, this is the car and engine, he has the same car but in Red should have the turbo engine in today, (tuesday 30th Nov)

Tis a nice conversion, just needs tidying up in the bay.
Cheers for all ya comments guys. Oh and i am competing for a space at TOTB this year.
Just got the management, injectors, and head work to do, then its boost up to near 20psi and , fingers crossed, 300bhp.

Tell me though, are you suffering head gasket problems cos I worked on loads of these (turbo and non turbo) while I was doing my apprenticeship and they seem to blow the head gasket for a passtime, was constantly putting gearboxes in em too.

As for the gearbox. hmm lets see, ive broken two diffs, one driveshaft, one main shaft cog! and had it redone twice for peace of mind. Yep the gearboxes are SHITE!
