EVO written off, Its Replacement gonna be a fun summer
As some may know my Evo came to a crashing end at the beginning of December 08, not wanting to go into much detail but i wasn't driving a good friend of mine was he overtook someone and the car went very sideways into a sandstone wall head-on
And with him being only 3rd party cover on his own insurance i couldn't claim
To say i was gutted is an understatement but we agreeded a settlement price and he is paying me out for the car
Here are some Pictures from the day after what can't be seen is the bent chassis legs and both airbags gone off (and yes it did hurt) and loads of other knacked parts

So while spending the last 6-7 weeks looking for a replacement i couldn't find 1 worth traveling for or at a sensible price especially with prices of them going through the floor ATM.
With me always wanting a Kit Car i had a little look around and wanting a C20XE power westfield, but with them fetching 8k + & not wanting a Q plated home built car
I came across this pretty local too me so went and had a look and a lal drive, agreeded a price and i'm collect it this weekend
Really Can't wait and now i can plan to do some track days this year and it isn't going to cost me the earth
If anyone has any info or specs on Turboing the ZX9R engine please let me know as i've sourced a 2nd engine to rebuild and play with over summer

not really he driven it before as does my other mate, the road was icey and in poor condition and the EVOs being the way they are handling wise he openly admited it was his fault yes you live and learn, he drove all my other cossies no issues, but this time the Evo caught him out

well yeah thats why they are my mates, i was in the car at the time of the accident.
Sometimes i like being driven in my own car or sharing the driving if going somewhere i find it gets boring driving your own car all the time

This tit should keep his opinions to himself.Big diffrence between a 1500 quid rst and a evo What a shame looked like a good one onwards and upwards you should have a fair bit of fun with that little beast
