Pics of my new Pro Alloy Cooler!!
Ordered my cooler last week, after wayne sorted me out with a great deal, got it friday and fitted it saturday, was a shame to put it in a dirty engine bay, tis a piece of art. My dad whos been a precision engineer for 25years making parts for rolls royce aerospace was more than impressed, he says the welding is some of the best he's ever seen!!

Matt, it replaced a forge one, that fit in the same place as standard one and was hidden behind the spot lights (that have had to come off now
)Can feel a little difference, bit more responsive, but will now be able to switch the boost up a little bit more to around 18psi
Now all it needs is a little visit to Stu to get set up properly!!

just fitted 1 to my white s2! only took bout half hr, they go in soooooo easy! ive gotta get mine set up again now, since fitting it the cars pinking as soon as i come on boost and the clutch is slippin,so god knows how much power ive gained! top bit of kit, im more than happy with it.

You might find its pinking because the boost has probably gone up due to the high flow rate of these coolers!!
Best get the fuelling checked out before you go too far!
It depends what cooler you have replaced, the boost may have been set higher to compensate for a poor air flow before...
**ps. if any of you guys with pro alloy coolers would like some blinging stickers, please pm us and we will send them over.... **
