This is the For Sale pics from when I bought it 15 months ago.

Has has 6 sets of alloys, but think I'm there at last.
Exterior mods include, full ST kit, Cupra R front splitter, Mk1 RS wheel arch spats, Renault Laguna rear spoiler, Escort Cosworth bonnet vents cut in, Morettes, eyebrows, smoked Lexus rear lights and Hendy rear door graphics.
Lowered 40mm with 18" BK299 alloys shod in Yokohama rubber.
LX interior has been replaced with an Si interior. Dash panels have been flocked.
Tis a 1.8 Zetec but the next plan is to have it running on TBs. Have an ST170 4-2-1 manifold ready to go on too.

Looks pretty smart that!!! I have a Mk2 Mondeo Zetec 1.8 as a run around while my Focus is off the road, nice cars.
I'm guessing as it's a later one that it's got a Blacktop engine in, don't bother tuning it, get hold of a 2.0 litre engine instead and stick throttle bodies on that. Your car doesn't need to come off the road while the engine's being built, they are a straight swap (2.0 litre Blacktop engine mates up to the MTX75 box in the Focus as standard) and you will basically get another 15-20 bhp for free as well as a MUCH stronger engine!

Definately leave them wheels on,it finishes off the look of the car. Id go for a 2.0 or even drop in a V6 so it has the power to match the looks. Nice car, well done

Cheers for all the comments everybody!
After owning 2 V6s and being lucky, I wouldn't get another one. Plus they cost a fortune to mod whereas the Zetec is a strong unit and good power can be had relatively easy.
It's a lot easier with 2 of you as you need 8 arms to do it. Pre drill the splitter and thenwork out the middle of the bumper. Screw it to the front and then worj outwards.

Thanks for all the comments, tis much appreciated.
Got a lot of suspension bits on the way this year including camber kit, poly bushed everything, Spax adjustables, adjustable rear arms, rear strut brace, uprated rear ARB and uprated drop links front and rear. It's gonna be stiffer than a paedo in a playground!
