Default My new Sapph

Picked this up last Sunday and never had a chance to clean it up during the week. So I spent some time giving her a once over this morning at work and thought Id take a couple of pics while it was clean. A few more cleans and it should look nice and shiny. My mate tagged along in his Megane Trophy so took a few of that too seein as he had gave it a clean up this morning as well.

It should do me nicely till I finish my other work in progress

Hope you like

If rust is cut out it can not come back as there is no rust there to come back......it would have to start to rust all over again......And i don't know what jacko done to your car so i can not comment, But i doubt for the price you payed he cut the rust out as ian is paying a lot more than yours cost to get it done propperly....

Well Jacko hasnt done mine. It was all done at my place before I lost interest. All the rotten metal was cut out and I went about an inch back into the clean metal too so it should hold off for a good while.

This latest one has started on the inside edge of the arches and Im sure I could find more if i really wanted too, but I dont, I dont really care cos it was only bought as a one to play in.

Sheeks, the Megane drives totally different and comes on boost different. Its a nice car though and it goes pretty well. He has put a bigger cooler on it and it will soon have a full stainless, panel filter and remap with an RS Tuner kit. Should go well then

The rust only comes back when people rub down and slap filler over the holes. If you repair it properly it will last for ages. Liking the new saff

Lol, will do mate. Before or after its on greys and 32psi?

Its nice to play in one again.

I took Tarique out in it and he seemed a little "nervous" going sideways out of Jackos yard and up the road for about 100 yards flat out in second leaving dirty big black lines with smoke bellowing out of the wheelarches while spitting flames.
