Some pics from FORD FAIR
Got loads, but here are a few I took.
Mine on stand, quickies since it was raining at the time
Leg-end!
Harvey Gibbs monster Escort. Had the privilage of seeing this at full chat on the track as it passed us (in Royal Nail), what a car!
How the RS should have been...
The legendary Ian Howell Focus, now running a T66 Turbonetics and close to 600bhp. The rear beam is also a work of art!
2 weapons of the day...
Came all the way from Norway...RESPECT!!!
Steve Scott's old Fiesta 4x4 still going strong!
And then there's the real reason for my excitement in the day. I've driven and been in a lot of fast cars over the years, but nothing with as much comical value as the "Nail". With its blistering straight line speed and surprisingly awsome handling, it kinda defies what's right and wrong! Thanks again Blacky, I still can't stop giggling...what a laugh!!!
0n the 0-60. Good times were set, but a second off his previous runs...

glad you enjoyed the passinger ride just a shame i was totaly out classed on track by a top group of cars lol still found it fun getting the 4 whell drifts at the end of the pit strait lol a few people comented that they thought i was going off lol only missjudged it once towards the end

You weren't outclassed IMO, you held your own very well

Fair play on the RN van - class! Didn't see it do the 0-60 myself, but heard all about it from my very impressed missus, who described it as a cossie postman pat van
