The intercooler core is 700mm long 300mm tall and 170mm thick.

Amazing machine, looks like you have had to take quite a swipe out of the cam cover just to make space to fit that huge turbo!

In that picture about that one it looks like the jubilee clips are REALLY narrow, then I realise they are probably 10mm wide its just they are on a fucking MASSIVE pipe.
What size is that intake to the turbo? 6"?

Yes the pipework going to the turbo is 6" and the pipwwork from the turbo to the intercooler is 4".
the throttle body is 120mm

the plenum was made by the same person that made all the pipework and the intake.

Good skills, you obviously have all the right people on the case
I spoke to Mark about the engine years ago and was fucking amazed how much timing it takes etc, nutty what these motors will do on race fuel!

I think we were running 28 degrees ign with 3 bar boost last year.

Yeah he was saying no matter what compression ratio it got built, it always seemed to want higher!

on the 0-300 run at totb last year we lifted the head,that was because we had boost kreep after the run i looked at the log and in 6th gear it was pulling 3.5bar lol
