but i thought the MAD boys were stopping putting their 200 + achievement in all their sigs?

I dont know many people on this board and i dont wanna make enemies BUT
every1 knows mad made the first 200+ mph cossie and every1 knows it was madrod's car.
personally I think other than him there is no need to say your tuner got you 200mph.
its your signature not your tuners and it wasnt your car that done the 200+ so why boast about others achievements?
to be honest i think its a bit childish.

Nice sig, I like the way it all the piccys blend in the middle like the other MAD ones... looks very flash. Well done Andy 
There are always lots of new people logging on and so why shouldn't they advertise the 200mph acheivement. Fairplay I say...
I would like to add that you guys do kind of make out that is was a big competition to get there first.... But who else was actually trying at the time? That takes nothing away from a great achievement though Although the EVO doing it without NOS AND permanant 4wd is even more impressive IMHO.

if youre speaking literally its the first PROVEN BY A MAGAZINE car to acheive 200+mph, not the 1st cosworth to acheive speeds in excess of 200mph.
the siggy seems to me to be a dig to the NMS boys from how i'm reading it too

Didn't see the dig aspect at first... Hope its not meant like that. Don't think the racecars did it, but I do think Karls has and I do think he will do it at Brunters once he gets his transmission and brakes sorted.
But until then, keep the sigs I reckon!
GREAT advertising be nice if someone from MAD paid to be an official trader though as with all the matching sigs, you are probably getting more advertising than even having a banner

well i think ya sig should be what ever ya like, Karl aint a payed trader on here yet there are loads of sigs with him in it and also 2 mods that use him have him in his sigs ( 1 has a few stickers with a nms logo discretly placed 
)
im all for praising ya tuner, theres nothing wrong with it imo, i think maybe the paid traders might not like it but as im not one of em i cant comment
what i will say though is these sigs will show whos worth going to and so less RS owners will be pissed on by bad tuners so in that aspect i say

shame.... a 15 year old Cosworth takes 15 years to get past 200mph (as 15 years ago it could do 100mph no probs) and only a few weeks later you think its childish that peope are saying "a 15 year old Cosworth did a genuine 200mph+".... whats childish about that to Cosworth or racing enthusiasts???
a true gentleman! not a member of the MAD club, however a member of the "team Cosworth" club or "team Ford" club, neither that exists, but a gent who still looks at the achievement AS IS and therefore can ignore the fact that it wasnt his own tuner who achieved the speed but still looks at it as it should be "a cosworth that did over 200mph!" and therefore something worth shouting about!!!!!
exactly, its not a case of saying "MAD did this" but a case of saying " a COSWORTH did this!" to all the skyline and EVO boys who come on here!
exactly! and is the exact same reason why Mark Shead of MAD, an EVO tuner has done nothing more than CONGRATULATE Simon Norris of Noris Motorsport on his achievement because there is no bitchyness there!
