Before I watched the link I thought it was going to be because of them mucking about, and I was ready to put "serves them right" or something along those lines...

but how wrong was I! poor kid!

The policeman (I'm guessing?) didn't exactly seem to be "running" too quick to the accident either!!

tosser, whose fault was it someone jumped a light, my guess is its being filmed by a cop car thats why he ran out. Don know why he didint just drive over? unmarked car who knows?

watched it again and the poor scooter guy has right of way his light is green

the careless tosser who jumped a light could have causes the poor cause death
