It was quite some work, but this was the result:

Uh huh, cleaning under the hood will not be very difficult, since there's no engine in it right now ![Wink](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
The future plans are quite big (definitely for Dutch terms
, I'll keep you informed
Here's your Fiesta, Bjorn:

I will (take it easy).
When I have an idea of how the engine should be, I'll discuss it with you and some others to make a definitive plan. It should be "strong enough" to handle at least 400hp, as I'm probably gonna do this only once in a lifetime, I'd better do it good, don't you think

But the gasket stay's thin, so it still is weaker then a WRC steel gasket or cometic like the gasket of frans. And it's a lot cheaper to take a better gasket with normal bolts, than a normal gasket with ARP bolts
Besides, ARP is nice, but usefull when you play like the big boys from overseas (or pim
).. T4 turbo and lot of BHP

had bad experiences with them.
normal headbolts with a 4 layer are good enough...
using them for over 2 years.. my old cars all have them and are still running fine over 2 bar boost for over years...
when going above 480 bhp i would longstud it..
but this is personal view on this matter..

frans has a good gasket but the standard bolts are shit. i have bolts which wont stretch.
but what are you trying to say.......the ARP's i have are not usefull enough for me because i dont have enough BHP.
![Confused](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

No that's not what I mean Wim.. The whole point I was trying to say, is that you also can buy a steel or cometic gasket, witch is cheaper, than a normal headgasket but with ARP bolts..
I never said your car don't have enough BHP

The conclusion is quite clear, my Cos will be parked in the garage for a minimum of 1 year. I think that buying parts for a complete new engine (Without cilinderhead) is the best option, maybe in combination with some other injectors, a turbo and a intercooler.
