Default My fish tanks

Seeing as fish keeping seems to be quite common on PF, lets see what you have got

Here's my setups -

My 60litre tropical tank

And here is my 20litre tank, with a pair of african dwarf frogs - bloody hard to photograph!

clown fish are cool as if you just have a few of those in a tank it looks wicked.

its hard to say how much it'd cost, i got all my stuff at a car boot. the tank cost me a fiver with gravel and a pump and a few oter bits. i got new gravel anyway, but then i just got a heater brand new for 20 odd quid. no puics though as its since all been sold on!!

i got a rainbow shark cos i tought it'd be cool to own a shark, and he ate all the others, (cant remember what the others were, neons i think) then died through overfeeding itself probably

you need a pretty big tank to do marine,im looking into doing it in a year or so as im currently on tropical.
a dori off of "nemo" is called a john dori, thats the breed name!
but i would suggest if you have never kept fish dont start on marine.they can be difficult to keep until you are used to it and also a hell of lot more expensive if a fish dies.

I really wanted a Marine setup but just didn't have the time to maintain it so I stuck with Tropical.

Brilliant tanks guys They're so relaxing

Craig Todd: What's with all the fish? Do you import to sell or something?

once you have a good knowledge of looking after fish, apparently marine is easier to look after than tropical so ive been told by my fish shop and they dont sell marine so its not even like they said it to get sales

i will do it one day.
i may get pics of my tropical one up soon.i have chiclids
