Default My 3 door update

Well ive now had my 3 door for 2 years , when the car was sitting in the dealers showroom it looked mint, but after a while i noticed the paint was patchie and dull, and the engine bay was a mess, so i decided to make the car how i wanted it, im happy with the results, the engine bay looks clean

This was the car 2 years ago

Since then ive changed

The level 1 ecu to a level 6 with a stage one chip

Removed all the old nakered ford bushes from the front end and replaced them with polybushes

Removed the nakered ford shocks and fitted a koni kit

Fitted a new rear spoiler as the old one was cracked and had the front bumper painted to get rid of a scuff and all the stonechips etc

New fuel pump/filter

And i decided to go for comp mo's ,here's how she sits now

The paint looks bright white again and not yellow ish

Got rid of the halfords battery and bought a ford one, also bought a new power steering bottle

Depends if your doing it by hand or have access to a buffer?

I do mine by hand as i dont have a buffer. If starting from scratch then i go:

Wash
Clay [Meguires quick clay]
Meguires step 2 polish [buff off each pannel as go as it s a bastard to get off]
Poorboys EX-P [sealent for the polish]
Collinite No 845 [Top coat of wax and very hard wearing]

My advice is contact Gaz7 off RSOC he will tell you whats best.
