Well I took it out for the first time in months after getting some immobiliser probs fixed, drove it about steadily first time I put my foot down it cuts out and wont start!
We can get it going but its over fueling alot, compressions spot on and theres a good spark, cant see any pipes off, weve tryed the inlet gaskets and a fuel pump, my mates got a distributer to try then after that im not really sure, maybe fuuel regulator? probley head off
and it should look clean its had about all the panels replaced with proper ford ones and a full respray

had the same prob check the two tiny pipes at the back of the engine one of mine was off and was running ruf overfueling hunting and smokeing if the pipes off jus put it on the left metal pipe and turn engine off and then restart should now run fine
if not then its gonna be a head job wich aint gonna be that cheap

Yeh I am, you can get it running if you open the flap slightly and hold the throttle right open, but even then it wont idle at all and it runs very lumpy when you hold the revs on, also seems to be overfueling

Well ive just done 60ish trouble free miles, so hopefully all the problems are ironed out!
Took a drive into the countryside, and took a few pictures as the sun went down
Now everything seems ok I can spend abit of cash on good stuff!
I want to get my alloy rad and fans bought, then I can fit the GRS Ic

Not very good photoshop, engines been pushed back about 10inches by the looks of it!
Love a tidy S2, red ones are the best!
