My Series 1.....finally finished after 14 months.
Evening folks
Some of you might have seen my Engine bay and Underside resto thread on my Series 1.
Finally after 14 months the S1 is now finished, bar a small ding being removed and an MOT....its been a LOT of hard work, money and time, but its all been worth it. Anyways here some pics of the finished article ,and a link to the resto......enjoy !!
PS....Car is more than likely going to be up for sale once the MOT is done, but i dont know if its the right thing to do or not.......keep changing my mind back and forth nut i just dont have the heart to use it on the road......

Some final pics taken this past weekend.....it was a great weekend, so i machine polished her with G10, then polished it and removed it with the 1500rpm twin head buffer, hand polished and then lifeshined her. See what you lot think.....14 months of hard graft has come to an end
