Nothing major - replaced every oil/water gasket on the bottom end (front crank shaft, rear crank shaft, aux pulley, sump gasket, distributor o ring seal, water pump gasket) - guys that built the engine hadn't used quality gaskets (instant gasket in some cases - eurgh!) so I thought I'd do it properly myself using Cometic AFM gaskets where I could (if it's good enough for a Focus WRC, it's good enough for me!).
Well chuffed with the results - donw around 200 miles in it so far and it hasn't dropped a single drop of oil or coolant.
Whilst the engine was out, I finished up some interior bits as well:-

Namely fitting the air/fuel ratio meter in the dash and the corrsponding Lambda sensor in the exhaust manifold. I think the AFR compliments the ignition barrel relocation and the push button starter nicely. Gauges at the top (left to right) are water temp, oil pressure and voltmeter. A boost gauge (an expensive vacumn gauge atm
is sat in a Nomad A pillar pod. Remaining space is being saved for a nitrous pressure gauge ![Wink](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
Now all I've got to do is get the courage up to spray the dash matt black!
