**UPDATE NOW 281BHP** TNE Track & Street R5 GT Turbo Rai
I've had this for quite a while now since, selling my cossie managed RST (B16 BOY) so I thought I should put some pics up
Its A Renault 5 GT Turbo Raider
194 bhp @ low boost (peaks @ 19psi and drops to 16psi)
Will be about 230-240bhp when I put on my bigger turbo, -31 actuator and turn the boost up to 25 psi
Its already run a 13.8 quarter @ santa pod running just 16psi without launch control fitted or the full throttle gearshift.
So when I go back down with all my new goodies on I will be hoping for a high 12 (fingers crossed)
Engine spec-
Launch Control
Full throttle gear shifts
K-tec high lift cam
K-tec bottom end engine rebuild
Braided oil feed line
Group A rally carb
K-Tec Stage 2 Hybrid t2/t25 turbo
JR Induction kit
Forge front mount intercooler with samco boost hoses
Mocal oil cooler with braided hoses
In car boost
Low temp fan switch
Fast road clutch kit
TNE front side exit exhaust system (no boxes)
Interior-
Fully stripped out
Cobra bucket seats
HKS steering wheel
Apexi boost gauge
Fire extinguisher
Rear strut brace (custom 3 inch thick and is proper steel, not aliminium )
3 point harnesses
Sparco pedals
Exterior-
Team dynamics 15" alloys
lowered ????
Grooved and drilled rear discs
Standard fronts (soon to be upgraded)
Cut out front bumper
Saxo rear spoiler
Various decals
Oh yeah, and MINT
Pics below

Thanks for the comments
LOL the brick is there as I park it up with the handbrake off at times as the car could stay there for up to 2 weeks between using it
Thanks

The exhaust sounds proper mate, just like a rally car, popping and banging etc.
I've got a vid but the quality is sh!t. I'm going to the rollers again the weekend with the Renault Turbo Owners Club and Santa pod the week after for night racing so I wil record some footage and upload it on here

what was your terminal speed on your 13.8 run.
my 5 gtt won the 2005 rtoc day and i was running about 230bhp and ran a 12.6@110mph though that was with 30psi rammed down it cause we didnt have time to set it up on the rollers, just kind of bolted everything together and ran it LOL. would have gone alot faster but it was the first time i had ever had a go at drag racing

YOGURT - I've sold the Evo mate as I've got another Ford project i'm building for next year and I ain't gone off Ford one bit mate. The Blue Oval runs in blood LOL
TURBOTOASTER - I think my terminal speed was 94mph but cant remeber as I never got a slip. I definately record next week and get a slip.
Also what colour was ur R5 at Bruntingthorpe (RTOC National Day), cus I was there with my 5 running on the strip but never ran till later on in the day. I got 14.2 there but that was down to my actuator only holding 12psi and I never had the FMIC either to aid my times on the day (was scorching hot )
Nice 1

DIABOLIC - Yeah mate it is just a bit, but its all good fun
TURBOTOASTER - I never went last year mate
YOGURT - Definately
DANSRS2K - Looks nice nice, I like the pearl effect in the paint
RS NUTS - Nice 1 mate
I wanted it to be like that, so that I was able to see everything in the engine bay just like an RS instead of having loads of sh!tty hoses running everywhere

Also I don't think I'm gonna get into the 12 second bracket now as my big turbo from America is'nt going to be here for another 2 weeks now
So I've gotta run the 1/4 mile with my smaller turbo, 19psi/194bhp and launch control now . So anything around 13.4 and I will be happy'ish
(I'm proper wounded, thought I was gonna get into the twelves second bracket before the year was out )
