My friend Ronnie was involved in an accident in his saff this week ,he posts on here but his pc is down so he asked if i would put some pics up,
He is gutted, other driver (german guy on hols) has admitted liability to the police ,basically pulled straight out on him ,never even had time to brake he was kept in hospital over night for checks and is back home at the mo ,get well soon mate ,also Danny boy off here was in the car and also taken to hospital for checks
salvage will be bought back and a mk2 escort project will be done

i was travelling at about 40-45 mph i hit him at that speed! he pulled straight in front of me didn't have a chance to do anything, my steering wheel bent and the brake pedal is under the accelerator pedal from where i braced my self for impact wasn't the best experience i've had to be honest

kevmk2 yes hopefully with a bit of help a mk 2 will be sorted always said i wanted to do one after the cossie started the engine yesterday to make sure it was ok thanks to the twins for bringing their jump leads round and helping out much appreciated lads

there was an accident up here last week involving a norwegian in a fuck of huge land rover.. he was on the wrong side of the road.. smashed into a renault traffic van. the driver was pretty badly injured. shattered collar bone broken rib's big cut above his eye from the steering wheel. he is/was a scaffolder he might not be able to work again. so what do the police do???? try and breathalise the poor fooker whilr he's trapped in the van....

they breathalised me why i was in the ambulance all strapped up with neck brace and everything, cant fault them though really helpful they've wrote the report out that he is the offending vehicle, they wanted to arrest him for dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention but cant because he has gone home to germany!!! how stupid is that!!

yeah not a nice experiance at all to be honest, but as i said ron we are both alive thats the main thing, be it a bit bruised up and achey nothing we cant sort
such a shame to see the car in this state, but there was not a split second were anyone could of avoided it in rons position, but never the less mate onwards and upwards just glad we are both here
