With photoshop you should have 'image ready' on the same disc. You can select it from photoshop by selecting the very bottom icon in the tools pallette.
Follow this link and have a go. If you have any problems then send me a pm.

Where it states 'change visibility' you just select the little 'eye' icon and turn off the one you don't want

When it duplicates.......
Select duplicate layer in the animation window, then deselect the eye symbol next to that picture in the layer pallet. This will change the image to the next layer, duplicate again and then deselect the image again. you should now have the three pictures all individually in the animation window. Select the time between slides ....job done.
If you cant sort it then pm me the pictures with the size you want and time between each picture.

Creating the picture is just like creating a sig.
Start off with a new blank image, select the size you want.
Open up the pictures you want to use.
drag the first picture from the layer pallet onto the blank. Ctrl and T, then adjust size to cover the whole blank image.
Now bring the second picture over and place on top of the previous picture on the original blank, so you have all the pictures you want to use on top of each other.
You should now have the original blank image with your pictures on as a multiple layer image, ie. the layer pallet should show the new blank with each picture you placed on top as a different layer.
Go to image ready and do what i have already described.

Martin,
Just another thing, if you copy and past the first pic 2 or 3 times, and then adjust the Opacity down on each one, then copy and paste the second pic 2 or 3 times after and adjust the opacity up, you'll get a Fade effect as opposed to just flashing.
Just in case you fancy having a mess around with it.
