Cos mate a standard cosworth rod can handle around 700-720bhp with a safety factor built into that so at a push it may handle 740 but running on that boost and compression ratio it will probably not handle 2.5 bar boost on 8:5:1 it will be on race fuel.
The RS500's were homologated for touring cars so may have stronger internals so may be stronger but the blocks are not stronger than 200 blocks a common made mistake.
Cant say the engine will last long on standard rods, crank and a not linered block.
Been around ages this car but will only have the boost turned up at meets/when showing off on race fuel and tbh will be down on 1 bar boost most of the time even if it is drove on the road.
No hard feelings on the owners if this sounds threatening but Im just trying to state the truth.

RS500 rods are the same as normal cossie rods. The rods are VERY strong as is the crank. The only problem is they are heavy and so you don't want to be slinging them around at much over 8000rpm.
Cool car
some of the spec doesn't add up though... and there is NO way it could do 0-62.5 mph in 3.3 seconds in my view.
Cool car

Extreme Tuners is a Greece based tuning shop. The setup you posted is their very old one. Obviously they haven't updated their website yet.
The car is 4wd now and for a while it ran a HKS T51R KAI turbo pushing 717 at the wheels....
Currently they running in a new engine (VERY HIGH spec) to push probably a GT42R turbo (probably more than 800 at the wheels)
More info soon... (maybe you will see it in a very known british ford mag when the car is ready....)
