Cos mate a standard cosworth rod can handle around 700-720bhp with a safety factor built into that so at a push it may handle 740 but running on that boost and compression ratio it will probably not handle 2.5 bar boost on 8:5:1 it will be on race fuel.
The RS500's were homologated for touring cars so may have stronger internals so may be stronger but the blocks are not stronger than 200 blocks a common made mistake.
Cant say the engine will last long on standard rods, crank and a not linered block.
Been around ages this car but will only have the boost turned up at meets/when showing off on race fuel and tbh will be down on 1 bar boost most of the time even if it is drove on the road.
No hard feelings on the owners if this sounds threatening but Im just trying to state the truth.
