I PM'd you saying that I had no idea what you were on about as I hadnt abused anyone in a tag, so had no idea why you were claiming I was, and could you please tell me what tag you were referring to so I knew what on earth nonsense you were talking about.

Your reply was that you had no idea either.

so please go back to my previous posting and try to understand that obviously showing you the exact post you did so might have put the reporting person in a position ..
so sometimes the whole truth is not always the right way to go ..
you would not have been singled out or just for the fun of it ...

Rather than lie to the users of the forum like you are now saying you did to myself, I would advise that in future to look less of an incompetant or dishonest moderator in the first place you simply say "I am not prepared to tell you" although the completely stupid thing about that is it still wouldnt tell you who had reported you anyway like you are saying it would, even if you said what tag it was, as I could call you a cunt in a tag on this thread but it might be Dojj who reports that tag when he sees it, so even knowing what tag it was wouldnt actually give away the information you are saying it would anyhow.

Honesty tends to be the best policy IMHO, lieing to users like you are doing, only leads to confusion and mistrust.

I wasnt aware of any tag I had added which broke the rules, I wanted to know what you were on about, so I could see if it was a mistake that you made deleting it, or a mistake I made interpreting the rules.
If im going to be infracted for something, then presumably it means that its something the mod team dont want me doing again, but without me having the first clue what you were on about, and with you saying you didnt know either, that doesnt really help does it?



I didnt ask who reported me, I asked what tag was deleted, as I wasnt aware of ANY tag I had placed that deserved deleting, as I only ever add tags to usefully tag a thread for searching (how tags are meant to be used) or to tag a thread for humourous reasons, neither of which is against the rules as far as I am aware.


I asked what tag, you told me explicitly that you didnt know.
Now you are saying that wasnt true, and that you simply didnt want to tell me.
So yes, you lied to me.

You answered my first question with a lie, then when I said that made no sense you answered that comment with the fact that you were lieing.

Its up to you if you choose to take away from this episode that in future it might be better to be honest towards this sites paying customers, or you might choose not to.
Doesnt really make a great deal of difference to me TBH if you choose to be honest in future or not, or even that much at the time, hence I never bothered to start a thread about it at the time myself.
My only reason for being involved this time was to try and help Ed_van_dijk and to help Stu understand Ed_van_dijk's query as he was clearly confused over what was being asked, and then to reply to you when you spoke directly to me, which I couldnt do in the other thread as it was locked, so I replied here rather than ignore you, as im polite like that.
Im also honest, which makes a total of 1 out of the two of us it would appear, but maybe in time you can improve that statistic

Hardly, it was last year this happened in my case, if you look under my name it was so long ago that the infaction has expired now anyway, so it doesnt effect me in the slightest either way, I only mentioned it at all in the context of helping out Ed in the other post.
