Whats happening when you try to add pictures?

Is it coming up with any error message?

still not working
This problem started after somebody delated my last posts from my topic https://passionford.com/forum/restorations-rebuilds-and-projects/288856-ukrainian-cosie.html

That posts was with links to my photofile server because one of PF-members asked me to show pics with larger size.
