found these on my old hard drive the other day and had to laugh. We all remember how the RSOC BB went downhill, signatures banned, signatures allowed but only small, then banned again, all the users getting blamed for the shit performance of the board. Moderating went crazy, everything getting moved or deleted. Yes its only the internet and we all have lives to get on with but thats not the point. A year ago this board was fine, few nights where it would be slow but we could all handle that. A big thing is that we are expected to pay to use this (gold member) and in my opinion if your paying you expect a 1st rate board, that is up more than its down. You also dont expect to be treat like a child which is how the RSOC turned out. Its gone way too political on here recently (again copying how rsoc died) and its obvious a lot of people are jumping ship, maybe its a cycle we will always follow? When I used to open explorer this would be the first page I went to, now its nothing like. Its a shame, remember some really good threads in days of old, also remember some shit ones that I still owe BIG appologies for to this day also.

I can see the reasons why and to a degree a need

BUT

Why on a car site in the "main" area ie GD cant certain topics just stay, ie what the thread starter said that he asked how much a certain CAR engine costs to buy ? Too many "specialsied" rooms per car etc.

Where as on a CAR site in the main area we can have 20-30 you tube links, or 10 look at my GF's new kitten pics, 5 look at my hard as nails dog threads, oh and of course another 50 "was just wondering what this would be worth", now if the thinly disguised for sale posts are allowed to stay (along with the type ive mentioned ) surely a genuine car question should

Maybe as said we got just too many rooms, I mean how many people actually use the games room, and I didnt even know we had a motorcycle one
