i bought that for all the bits for my mk.2 escort project,because it was cheaper for me and easier to source all the parts i needed all at once.
so what 'the rules' are saying
is that i could not off sold any parts off that car as it was bought to breakup ad it was not my own car. Racey did not explain,and she did not have too,that she wanted the engine box etc....she probably wanted to keep that private or did not want the hassle of people asking for the engine box etc...and now she has the bits she has left over she cannot sell.
i know you paid from day 1 Paul as you had an idea of how this site would grow,but like the other traders you may not want to pay the fee anymore as it may not be worth it,money wise and hassle wise.
just my 2p worth.

yes its me yoour all looking for as i made the original NON DEROGITARY ststement correcting petes ad for a diff that was not what he was/is selling.
and it still is nothing like a plated diff. im not getting arsey about it like ive said before the price of it was never mentioned and i cant remember how much it was - that is not has never been the issue, nor has the character know as 'pete'. it was merely an incorrect advertisement and still is.
but then the rules of this site have been bent for his own means, because someone more knowledgable questions his part for sale (or is someone lying ?)

Pete, I do believe that you do have a serious problem when it comes to your moderating abilities. You take posts far to seriously and appear to want to analyse everything everyone says, just in case you can be picky and delete the post. Maybe you do use your mod abilities for your own gain, it certainly does seem to be the general consensous amounst many members and is certainly the motive in my case. Perhaps I should feel sorry for you, that you feel so threatened by a no-body breaking just one car and selling parts. But then again perhaps you just have far too much time on your hands you feel it necessary for all this stupidity in analysing posts.

The point is, you state I broke a rule. This is not the "written" rule for all to members, but its your individual interpretation of that rule which you so kindly explained in your pm (by the way I couldnt be bothered to read your last pm so anything of any importance i'm afriad I havent read)
At the end of the day, you have to be doing this on a professional or on a regular basis to be classed as a trader. I do not, but instead of looking into it and asking me you just jumped to your own colclusion
anyway, my matter is closed now so I cant be arsed with fighting a losing battle. No doubt someone will have the same problem in the near future and this will all be old news
I've never had a problem with over modding, or traders on this site. Perhaps my opinion will now be more in line with what seems to be a vast majority of members? Shame because i've only ever used the traders on this site due to ease of getting contact details

you forgot to tell the world that in our PMs i told you I would take advice on this matter from the board owner,I did just that so no I did the right thing as i always do,the owner said i was right
you also have failed to tell the world that another mod binned your post and then told you to re word it so there wouldnt be any complaints
now is this fair to other people who have had there post binned for the same reason ???
if you think its fair,lets then look at the total structure of this site,better still lets have a free for all,bin the trade fees and double the gold members fee maybe even tripple it then let anyone advertise there parts I dont mind
as I said moderating is to follow the rule not bend them or make them up for each individual or bring persoanl feelings into it

I'm also fine about sticking to the rules and always will (I have in this case, shame no-one believes me). I agree, you did as you said and asked the owner. And just like i've said to many, once his decision is made I will accept it. Do you see me saying "I want my post back" NO. Like i say, the matter is closed now. I'm just explaining why I put what I typed in the post. I believe that I can do that?

I've been truthful and if i could be bothered to fight it would continue to be truthful. Being called a liar twice is personal imo because you know nothing about me except what you have read.

Simple answer NO - but i still fail to see what rule I had broken apart from the interpretation you gave to teh written rule.
Anyway, think its safe to say i'm not posting the parts from the broken car on here as i'm sticking to Stu's rule. You've got what you wanted so end of really isnt it

sorry but were do you get off say "its what i wanted" I can only do what the rules say as i said before its noithing personal so dont even go there,I point lots and lots of people in the direction of the parts board if I havnt got it plus I also advice people to break there own car when they have called wanting to sell it but find they cant as its too expensive,I also advice them on what to ask for parts so they vam recoop what they have spent
now is this the actions of a person who cares if you break a car or not,

I dont think my own rules are clear enough on this subject and neither the webteam, nor the Gold member has actually done anything wrong here, and I in fact have failed on this occasion.
