you can blow through the fuel lines and reuse them if they're in good condition. you can use your existing tanks after good clean if you fit a lift pump then another inline high pressure type jobby... such as jag lift pump and 306 S16 hi pressure pump. use the complete mk5 wiring loom its for the best unless you want to do lots of splicing and dicing, also if its an early mk6 no pats to disable / bugger around with.
make sure you transfer the brakes over and fit appropriate front suspension or you'll be sorry and possibly dead

you can't use the rs2000 rear suspension without re-engineering the rear end of the van - if you are confident doing this go for it but bearinmind the payload of and rs2000 is nothing like that of even a 55 van and you will blow the shock seals by loading it up.
its best to use the mk5 everything then splice the dialsinto the mk5 loom ratehr than the other way around

gonna be using just the rear discs and conversion bracket if that will work
gonna try and use the mk5 petrol tank rather than the mk6 one
on the loom gotta be carfull as the vans got an air bag and the dash controls look completely differant

put an rsturbo into my zetec but that doesn't run, done several engine changes on the van and various other project, any questions just ask.
i've never had the stub axles off but if you take the vans stubs off you may find you can use the complete stub axles off the rs saves fecking around
