2 years ago i got my tracktime tickets end of August...
They really made a mess of it that time..
They ship out the tickets way to late.
Especially for folks abroad..
Now i just collect them @ a mate in the UK.
Just give Steve the adress of your hotel,so he can ship them there in time.

I know its kelseys 1st year in charge of ford fair but posting tickets out to clubs next week is bloody crazy, as all clubs should have them this week because if anything goes wrong there will be no time to rectify it, they dont even know where passionford will be located yet either

Impossible for me to say tbh because you are relying on 2 different mail companys, if you are meeting up with someone here in the UK I could send it there but its totally up to you, this is kelsey's 1st year in charge of ford fair and they are well behind sending tickets out as they should have been posted out to clubs this week not next, but no matter how much I scream and stamp my feet they wont post them any quicker as I was on the phone to them yesterday, never had this trouble ever with future publishing

Luckily i've got my tracktime tickets in the e-mail.
I'll just print them out and bring them along.
Hope the tickets will arrive in time so everyone gets them.
If they just use a hologram on the tickets,then they can't be copied easily.
That was the main reason in the past for sending them out so very late.

How do we get on doing track time and taking a position on the stand? Im looking at booking the novice slot at start of the day for 9am but brief is at 8, do i take my position on stand then do track time then rejoin the stand? If that is the case will i lose my original position on the stand and have to park in a different place? Not done track time during a show before so not got a clue how this works lol

Ok what I normally do is park all of you doing track time on one side of the stand so getting on and off the stand is easy, but I cant reserve spaces if you move etc or I would be chained to the stand not being able to go around myself, I cant put a big german towel down unless you have one to bring , we will be in a massive plot so space should not be a issue and I have fingers crossed we have the same plot as last 2 years as its been mahoosive !!, as for requirements re track time they will no doubt tell you all you need to know at briefing

, passionford north london only got their tickets for trax on tuesday and the shows tomorrow, if our tickets arrive that late I dont know what the lads abroad are going to do its totally unprofessional
