Ok what I normally do is park all of you doing track time on one side of the stand so getting on and off the stand is easy, but I cant reserve spaces if you move etc or I would be chained to the stand not being able to go around myself, I cant put a big german towel down unless you have one to bring , we will be in a massive plot so space should not be a issue and I have fingers crossed we have the same plot as last 2 years as its been mahoosive !!, as for requirements re track time they will no doubt tell you all you need to know at briefing
